1. I understand that the term SPAM means Unsolicited Commercial Email, or UCE, and it refers to unwanted email sent to my account from unknown sources for commercial purposes.

2. I understand that by subscribing to the SpamZapper service I am allowing USA Choice to filter and censor all of the email messages that I receive.

3. I understand that some legitimate email messages may be unintentionally identified and filtered by USA Choice.

4. I understand that I can, at any time, discontinue my subscription to the SpamZapper service.

5. I understand that USA Choice will periodically purge or delete old messages that have been filtered by SpamZapper. Which messages are deleted and how often they are deleted is at the sole discretion of USA Choice.

6. I understand that some SPAM/UCE messages will not be filtered correctly.

7. I understand that I will be charged a fee for using the SpamZapper service. The fee for @usachoice.net, @key-net.net, @tcis.net and @groundhog.net email addresses is $1.00 per month for each address. The fee for all other email addresses is $2.00 per month per address. This fee is subject to change.

8. I understand that I cannot hold USA Choice responsible for lost or incorrectly filtered email messages, and I, intending to be legally bound, release USA Choice from all claims and damages arising therefrom.
